What is WSDOT QPL?:

The WSDOT Qualified Products List (QPL) is a list maintained by the Washington State Department of Transportation of products and materials that have been tested and approved for use on WSDOT projects. Products on the QPL meet the department’s performance and specification requirements and are eligible for use in state transportation construction and maintenance projects.
